A Customer Access Strategy should set out the Council's aspirations for achieving economy and efficiency by improving access to all services for its community. CDW brings together the right team for each client's specific requirement to act as 'critical friends' within review, development and implementation process. This tried and tested approach has now been implemented in single tier authorities, in developing two tier authorities and in LSP Partnerships. No organisation has longer experience than CDW in working on this key area where community and authority need to integrate.
